Growing up in Fairfax, Virginia, I started dancing at 2 years old and never stopped. I trained at Centreville Dance Theatre, where I was on the competition team. I was also a gymnast as a kid, and I especially loved to tumble. Throughout middle and high school, I had many opportunities to perform in musicals and plays. I also became a choreographer for musicals, and was a teacher for dance and theatre camps. Those experiences brought me to love both performing and creating a story for the stage.
About Me!
Outside of all things dance and performance related, there are other parts to who I am. I love all animals, but goats are my favorite. I spend my free time baking treats, being with friends and family, reading, and visiting new places. I am also a member of Alpha Chi Omega. This chapter has helped me to learn how to spread healthy love and be surrounded by strong individuals.
I am currently a junior at Oklahoma City University, working towards a B.P.A in Dance Performance. I train in a variety of styles such as tap, jazz, ballet, theatre dance, and partnering. I am a part of the Star Dance Company and Rep Company. Some of the shows I have performed in are the Student Choreography Show, Holiday Spectacular, and Move!. I have also enjoyed getting experience in being a line captain and a swing. Besides just performing, I also take classes focused on choreographing and teaching. These have helped me to broaden my abilities. Expanding outside of dance, I also take acting and voice lessons to prepare me for the world of performing.
